Gateway to moab to grand junction
Tuesday was a great day. We woke up at the gateway hotel after an evening swim and hot tub. Felt good on sore bones. Then we toured the gateway auto museum. It’s owned by the founder of the discovery channel. One of the finest auto museums in the USA. After that we headed out on the Taylor road trail to moab thru the la sal mountains. It was an hour plus of high speed gravel roads through the mountains. Great views and lots of photo ops. We arrived in moab and got some deli sandwiches from a NY type deli. Next off to the Kane creek road trail enroute to hurrah pass. Wow. Just like I remember it when I came in the jeep. Todd was very impressed with moab. The riding was great cliff side and Colorado river side trails. Passed lots of whitewater rafters and kayakers. Ok enough chit chat here’s some photos. Now I’m using toddies iPad to blog so I have access to all of our camera shots. Before it was just photos from my droid phone. Enjoy. Oh did I mention Todd got very stuck. And I lost a few bolts. Steve drop the xr in a river. Fun fun fun. Today we head out of grand junction back into the Colorado mountains.

Beautiful! A trip down memory lane. It is amazing though that the camera can never seem to capture the true beauty of Moab. Glad you guys had some hic-ups too.”It’s all part of the adventure.” Can’t wait to hear stories. I’m sure they wont be embellished. lol
Looks Awesome! Wish us girls were there for the sights and laughs i’m sure. That state has always been my favorite. Seeing it from your view is great. Hope those video’s todd watched came in handy…
