DAY TWO
Last night we met with the guys from Motoquest they served us a fantastic dinner and we went over the details of the trip. Due to me being vertically challenged my bike needed a few minor adjustments. We left the Motoquest shop around 10:30 Sunday morning. We started out on our 300 mile journey to Copper Center. Six of us are on bikes and we have a support vehicle “Jethro” with two extra bikes and our luggage. The Copper Center Lodge will be our home base for the next three nights. Although FREEZING the scenery was spectacular. Coming around a bend of a twisting turning highway we saw onee of the most majestic things we’ve ever seen. Mt Drum. Riding along, with it on the horizon actually made you feel emotional. Very surreal.

I’m sure the ride and scenery will make up for the lack of sun.
