Boyz on Bikes

So for the next three days, Mon- Wed the boys will be picked up at the hotel at 9:30am and ride all day through the mountains of Spain. Their scenery will consist of the Sierra Nevada mountain, the mountains of Africa, the Rock of Gibraltar and the beautiful landscape of the Mediterranean Sea. Monday morning the anticipation was building as we waited in the lobby of the hotel for Dirt Devils to arrive. At 9:35 the van pulled up and they were off….Denise and I spent the day hoping they were enjoying themselves and not breaking anything in the process! At the end of the day James definitely retuned home jacked! Crazed at what he had just done. After a short stint of highway they hit the single track with an abyss to one side. After 15 minutes James figured, in an attempt to save his life, he’d better speak up. “That took everything I have, so if it’s gonna get worse, I’m out”. The guide assured him it wouldn’t be much worse and there would always be an easier way about the technical stuff. Relieved, and as the tail runner, he pressed on. Adam of course is a very experienced rider, the other Brits on the trip, all in their 50′s, have been involved in motocross for much of their life.

Everyday the would stop for lunch at a small place in the mountains

It was a great group of guys lots of laughs..American/British banter all day

The terrain was ROUGH

Beautiful views

Now that’s what I’m talking about. Forget riding on the pavement. I always wanted to learn to Dirt bike. Todd was relieved James pressed on. If it was easy little girls would do it I say and Todd said any Hagen Daz gets you through anything. I’m sure you will both need to take a good soak in the hot tub. Love, Todd and Denise

Holy Hannah! My heart was pounding! Still is while I’m typing. Glad you spoke up and didn’t cave to peer pressure. It must have been amazing, glad you hung in there, can’t wait for you to get home to see more pics and videos. James, don’t you ever wanna kick back with a pina colada on a carribean island?! haha lol The little lunch stops looked cute. Well, the sun just came through a cloudy sky, and its suppose to be a nice sunny weekend, a little chilly. Safe trip home, we love ya!
